A Beautiful Moment in Court – A Story of Trust and Respect

I want to share a heartwarming moment that took place inside the courtroom. Brother Abdul Qadoos was present with me while I was representing him in his case. During the proceedings, the learned Magistrate asked him:

“Mr. Abdul Qadoos, would you like to record your own statement, or would you prefer to rely on what your lawyer has submitted?”

Abdul Qadoos replied with great respect, “Your Honor, whatever my lawyer says, please proceed accordingly.”

The Magistrate kindly asked again if he wished to add anything personally. Once again, Abdul Qadoos responded, “Whatever my lawyer says, Sir, may that be considered my statement.”

Dear friends, this is what true respect and trust look like. I am deeply grateful to Brother Abdul Qadoos for the confidence he placed in me.

When we appear in court, we often encounter different kinds of clients. Some struggle to fully trust their lawyers. However, there are also clients who not only trust their legal counsel but honor them with complete confidence and respect. Before the hearing, we had thoroughly discussed the statement that needed to be recorded, and we were fully aligned on the legal strategy. Still, the way he upheld my respect inside the courtroom meant a great deal to me.

Currently, Brother Abdul Qadoos has a cheque recovery case worth 1.5 million (15 lakh). We have registered a criminal complaint against the opposing party, ensured their arrest, and filed a recovery suit under Order 37. The recovery process is moving forward swiftly.

Insha’Allah, I will soon share another video where Brother Abdul Qadoos himself will inform you about the release of his payment.

JazakAllah Khair for your continued support.
